fix: 移除MartialAthleteMapper中排除集体项目的过滤条件

- 删除 AND (a.team_name IS NULL OR a.player_name != a.team_name) 条件
- 使统计页面能够正确包含集体项目数据
- 修复Issue #3: 统计页面未包含集体项目数据
