refactor: Phase 1 complete - MartialMiniController refactored

- Extracted MiniAuthService (login/logout/verify)
- Extracted MiniScoringService (submitScore)
- Created MiniQueryService (getAthletes/getScoreDetail)
- Created MiniAppFacade (aggregate services)
- Reduced controller from 1054 to 916 lines (-138 lines)
- All 440 tests passing
- 11 commits following Google standards
