MySQL init directory

Keep this directory minimal for new-environment bootstrap.

Files in this directory are executed automatically by MySQL image on first initialization.
Do NOT place full backups or system-database dumps here.
Prefer schema management through Flyway migrations in src/main/resources/db/migration.
